The Ellen Marie Jackson Chapter 13 of the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies of Grace Division (LOG) is committed to meritorious service to the Catholic Church and the greater community of the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.  Chapter 13 members continually strive to honor this commitment with activities focused on four primary spiritual and fiduciary purpose and goals (a.k.a. 'The Big 4').

The 'Big 4'  spiritual and fiduciary purpose and goals of Chapter 13 are to:

1. Support vocations through LOG’s “Educate the Religious” national program and local efforts supported by Chapter 13;

2. Support Catholic education and educational support for local youth and the KPC Junior Division through scholarships and other type support as needed;

3. Support Catholic schools, through LOG’s “Partners in Education” national program and locally in the areas that Chapter 13 serves;

4. Support Chapter 13’s adopted charity, the Good Shepherd Shelter for Battered Women with Children.
